Delete your data

You can remove the data VI Engine holds about you and your connected Facebook Page, Instagram or LinkedIn account at any time.

  1. 1Disconnect one account

    Sign in at app.viengine.social, open Connections, choose the account and click Disconnect. Its access tokens are deleted immediately, so VI Engine can no longer act for that Page or profile.

  2. 2Remove VI Engine from Facebook or LinkedIn

    On Facebook: Settings & privacy › Settings › Business integrations › VI Engine › Remove. On LinkedIn: Settings › Data privacy › Permitted services › VI Engine › Remove. A signed Facebook or Instagram deletion request removes data tied to the matching Meta identity, including its connected credentials, Meta profile and history, synced comments, engagement records and linked webhook events. Your VI Engine account, workspace membership, VI-authored campaign content and unrelated workspace data stay in place. If we cannot map the Meta identity unambiguously, we record the request for operator review and do not delete an account or workspace.

  3. 3Delete everything

    Sign in and open Settings › Security › Delete Account to request removal of your VI Engine account and its eligible data. Shared workspaces are preserved; an owner may need to transfer ownership before account deletion can continue. Backups roll over within 30 days.

  4. 4Can't sign in?

    Email privacy@viengine.social from the address on your account, or include your Facebook Page, Instagram or LinkedIn name. We delete your data within 30 days and confirm by email.
