Frequently asked questions
Is the Free plan really free forever?
Yes. Free is a permanent plan with no card required. It gives you the core publishing workspace, a guided AI foundation, and manual scheduling so you can learn the workflow before you need more depth.
How does plan capacity reset?
Capacity follows your workspace billing cycle. When the cycle renews, the workspace starts its next cycle with fresh available capacity, and the app signals when you are approaching it.
What does agent mode mean on each plan?
Free keeps autonomous agent mode off. Basic adds guided AI assistance. Pro adds the autonomous agent, and Team brings that same automation into a collaborative workspace.
Can Sparks unlock features or extend plan capacity?
No. Sparks are an earned publishing reward. They do not unlock tier-gated features or extend exhausted plan capacity, and they are not sold as add-on packs.
Which plans support model selection?
Model selection is available on Pro and Team. Lower tiers use the default managed experience instead of exposing provider selection controls.
What happens when I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel?
Upgrades take effect immediately so the added capabilities and capacity are available right away. Downgrades and cancellations stay active through the paid period you already have. If a payment fails, VI Engine applies a grace window and sends warning emails before the workspace falls back to Free.
Which platforms are live today?
Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, and LinkedIn personal profiles are live. Roadmap channels stay labeled as roadmap until they are ready for real customers.
How do AI images work?
AI image generation is available across the product. Free output carries a watermark; paid plans remove it, and Pro and Team add vision analysis for richer creative workflows.
What is the media gallery?
The media gallery is a workspace-scoped asset library available on paid plans. You can upload, organize, and reuse images across campaigns and posts. Free shows an upgrade prompt.
What is the comment inbox?
VI Engine syncs comments and reactions from your published posts so you can triage, assign, and reply from one workspace, including with AI-suggested replies.
What is the Signal Loop?
Signal Loop is a publishing-intelligence feature on Pro and Team. As consistent publishing builds, it surfaces progressively deeper guidance for momentum, timing, trend fit, and campaign learning.
How does trend-aware planning work?
VI Engine uses dedicated trend engines for discovery, timing, cross-network insights, and resilient fallback research. Optional sources layer on top of the native engine when available.
What happens after something starts working organically?
The workflow can carry that signal into promotion decisions, so your team can move from organic traction to paid amplification without losing context. Ad promotion is available on Basic and above.
How does VI Engine keep guidance understandable?
