Real estate

Every listing gets a post — without a design team.

Real-estate teams live on trust and visibility. VI Engine helps turn projects, listings and open houses into steady, on-brand social content across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, with an approval step before anything publishes.

The problem

What usually goes wrong

  • Listings are posted late and inconsistently.
  • Each project needs its own tone and assets.
  • Brokers post as individuals, so the brand looks scattered.
  • Short-form video is expected but rarely produced.

The fix

How it runs in VI Engine

  • One brief per project. Describe the project, location, price band and audience; the campaign takes it from there.
  • Posts, images and video. Generate on-brand captions, images and short vertical video ads for the listing.

The rest of the workflow below covers approval, publishing and the learning loop.

Workflow

From brief to published, in one workspace

Step 1

One brief per project

Describe the project, location, price band and audience; the campaign takes it from there.

Step 2

Posts, images and video

Generate on-brand captions, images and short vertical video ads for the listing.

Step 3

Approval and publishing

Review, approve and publish to Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts and LinkedIn personal profiles.

Step 4

Measure and repeat

See which projects and formats perform, then plan the next campaign from that evidence.

Questions

Real estate, answered

Can each broker have their own voice?

Brand context is workspace-level today; for multiple distinct personal voices, separate workspaces keep each brand context clean.

Does VI Engine post to LinkedIn?

Yes — LinkedIn personal profiles are a live destination. LinkedIn Company Pages are not a live destination in VI Engine.
